When we start to work in a new country, we appoint a National Coördinator that will establish the work and try to get C.E.F Registered with the authorities of such a country.

C.E.F is not a church but an Evangelism organisation that's goal is: To reach the children that nobody else is reaching.

Only this generation can reach this generation.

The children don't need to suffer for the crimes of the fathers.

"If the son has set you free, you will be free indeed." Jesus Christ.

Does C.E.F.S.A.I.O.R have a success story?

Yes, during 2007 the workers in C.E.F.S.A.I.O.R have reached 143 799 children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and 45 679 accepted the Lord and are coming to Good News Club every week to be followed up and to grow in the Lord.

This children display transformed lives to the glory of God and we will see their influence on the future of their countries.

On the education team is Miss Beth Isaacson a missionary from the U.S.A that are the C.M.I Director (Children's Ministries Institute). A C.M.I is being held every year for 3 months in the Region.

C.E.F.S.A.I.O.R. has a training institute in South Africa at a town DE DEUR close to Johannesburg in the Gauteng province in South Africa.

"Jesus for Africa, Africa for Jesus."
- Frik van Rensburg.

We believe if we can train enough dedicated people, we can reach the children of Africa in 16 years. These Christian children will then become the leaders in Africa and it will bring and end to violence, crime, aids, etc. in Africa.

Each country in the Region will have a National Education Director and they will be accountable to Stephen Kabamba for all their work.

" Children can change the world if they
know Jesus the saviour of this world."

South Africa started hosting a Childrens Ministries Institute (CMI) in 1996.
The 12 week course is held from end January-mid April every year at CEF"s Camp and Conference Centre near Vereeniging. Students learn how to evangelise and disciple children, train others to reach children and run a children's ministry within CEF, their church or other organisations. Over 150 students are now reaching children as a result of having the CMI held in our region.

In 1999 and 2006, an extension CMI was held in Madagascar. Plans are to continue to host the yearly English CMI and to offer Portugese and French CMIs on a rotating basis as the need arises.

The CEF Camp and Conference Centre hosting the CMI is being developed and upgraded to provide a more comfortable place to study. In 2006, the CMI curriculum was certified by Liberty University in the USA to be a major part of it's Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in Childrens Ministries.

Willie and Erika have 4 children Roelien married to Albrie Woeke, and their son Nathan Woeke, Riaan and Estelle married to Smittie van Aarde. Therefore we can trust them with the children of other people.

Willie and Erika van Aswegen plays a vital role to promote CEF through Modern Evangelism Methods by presenting a weekly Good News Club on Television to the children of Africa and beyond. There love for the people and children of Africa made that they were appointed as leaders through Modern Evangelism Methods in C.E.F.S.A.I.O.R. and the rest of the world. Their vision is to use the Media to reach the children in their own house through Television because we read in:

Matthew 24:14  "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations and then will the end come."

What is a Good News Club®?

A Good News Club® is a weekly Bible Club for children that is presented in their own neighborhood. The purpose is to bring the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ to children of all ages. This includes Bible Lessons, memory verses, mission stories, songs, prayer, review, games etc.

During 2004 Willie and Erika saw that God was opening a door on Christian Television on the Spirit Word Channel and they took the challenge. They trusted God for all the finances to buy all the needed equipment like cameras, computers, lights etc and started their first broadcast on 25 December 2004.

Willie and Erika does all the recording and editing of the program called "The Good News Club" and can be seen on Saturdays at 10h30 on the Spirit Word Channel

The Spirit Word Channel can be viewed via Satellite as well as through Live Streaming on the Internet. To tune in your specific decoder to watch the program, go to their Website at: www.spiritwordchannel.org and follow the instructions on the screen.

The Television does not always bring Good News to our children. This is an opportunity to present  a weekly Good News Club® through television to each child in his own home so that the Great Commission of Mark 16:15 can be fulfilled.

"Love is a language that everybody understands"
